We’re so glad you’re considering a stay with us. To help everything run smoothly and make sure all guests enjoy their experience by the river, we kindly ask that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions before finalising your booking.

Booking & Payment

1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation. This helps us plan for your arrival and ensure everything’s ready for your stay.

2. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen, but due to the short notice, we’re unable to offer refunds in this timeframe.

3. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your stay will be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable cancellation fee.

4. Inglis River Caravan and Camping Retreat reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or operational issues. In such rare cases, we’ll contact you as early as possible to make alternative arrangements or offer a refund.

During Your Stay

1. Any additional costs (e.g. extra activities, extended stays, or accidental damages) must be settled before departure. We’ll always keep you informed of any charges.

2. While we do our best to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, Inglis River Caravan and Camping Retreat is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend securing valuables and taking appropriate precautions.

3. All guests are kindly asked to follow our camp rules and respect fellow campers, nature, and our facilities. Non-compliance may result in your stay being cut short without refund.

Agreement

1. By booking with us, you’re acknowledging and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2. Please note: Our terms may be updated from time to time, so we recommend reviewing them when booking your next visit.
